1. What we collect

• Contact details: your name, email address and phone number.
• Delivery details: your delivery address and any notes you add to an Order.
• Account details: your email address and password. Passwords are stored only in hashed form; we cannot read them.
• Order details: the Products you buy, amounts paid, payment method, and the status of your Orders.
• Usage details: the pages you visit on the Store, recorded without cookies, so we can see which pages are useful.

2. What we do not collect

We do not receive or store your card number, PIN or bank login. Card, bank app and USSD payments are handled by Paystack under its own privacy policy.

3. Why we use your data

• To process, deliver and support your Orders, including contacting you about them.
• To run your Account and show your order history.
• To prevent fraud and keep the Store secure.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
• To understand how the Store is used and improve it.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where needed:

• Paystack, to process online payments.
• Delivery riders or courier partners, who receive your name, phone number and address to deliver your Order.
• Authorities, where the law requires us to.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep your cart, keep you signed in and remember your choices. Optional cookies are only used if you allow them. Our Cookie notice lists every cookie we use.

6. How long we keep it

We keep Order records for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting. Account details are kept while your Account is open. You can ask us to delete your Account at any time.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

• ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
• ask us to correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
• ask us to delete your data, where we are not required to keep it;
• object to or ask us to restrict how we use your data;
• complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

8. Security

The Store is served over an encrypted connection, passwords are hashed, and only authorised staff can see Order details. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and keep it private.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date above.
