1. Definitions

In these Terms:

• "Store" means this website and the online shop on it.
• "Product" means any phone, audio device, wearable, accessory or other item listed for sale in the Store.
• "Order" means a request by you to buy one or more Products, placed through the Store.
• "Account" means a customer account created with your email address and password.
• "Guest checkout" means placing an Order without creating an Account.

2. Your account

• You can shop as a guest or create an Account. An Account lets you see your order history and check out faster.
• You must give accurate details and keep them up to date, especially your phone number and delivery address.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for anything done through your Account until you tell us it has been compromised.
• We may suspend or close an Account that is used for fraud, abuse or in breach of these Terms.

3. Products and prices

• All Products we sell are genuine and brand new unless the listing clearly says otherwise.
• Prices are set in Nigerian Naira (₦). Prices shown in other currencies are estimates for convenience only; you are charged in Naira.
• Sale prices apply only within the dates shown on the Product.
• We try to keep listings and stock levels accurate. If a price or listing is clearly wrong, or a Product turns out to be unavailable, we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund.

4. Placing an order

Your Order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it. You will receive an order number you can use to track the Order from the Track order page.

We may decline or cancel an Order, for example if a Product is out of stock, the details given cannot be verified, or we suspect fraud. If you have already paid, we will refund you in full.

5. Payment

• Card, bank app and USSD payments are processed securely by Paystack. We never see or store your full card details.
• Card orders hold the Products for a short time while you pay. If payment is not completed in that time, the Order is cancelled automatically and the stock goes back on sale.
• For bank transfer, the Order is processed once the payment has reached our account.
• For pay on delivery or pay at pickup, payment is due in full when you receive the Order.

6. Delivery and pickup

You can have your Order delivered for the delivery fee shown at checkout, or collect it free from one of our stores. Delivery times and pickup details are confirmed when we contact you about your Order.

7. Returns and refunds

Your right to return Products and how refunds work are explained in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Warranty

Products come with the manufacturer's warranty where one applies. Warranty claims are handled under the manufacturer's terms; we will help you make a claim where we can. Damage caused by misuse, accidents, liquid or unauthorised repairs is not covered.

9. Using the store

You agree not to:

• use the Store for anything unlawful or fraudulent;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the Store, other customers' Accounts or our systems;
• copy, scrape or reuse Store content, images or prices for commercial purposes without our written permission;
• interfere with the Store's operation, for example by sending automated or excessive requests.

10. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under Nigerian law, including the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018. Subject to that, our total liability for any Order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed. The version in force when you place an Order applies to that Order.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
